Terms of Service

1. The service

Greenleaf Health is a telehealth booking platform that connects eligible Australian residents with AHPRA-registered medical practitioners.Greenleaf Health is not a healthcare provider — it facilitates appointments with independent doctors and does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a resident of Australia to use this service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during eligibility screening and consults.

3. Fees and cancellation

Consult fees are payable at booking. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, forfeit the consult fee.

4. Prescriptions

Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the treating doctor. Paying for a consult does not guarantee a prescription.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenleaf Health's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant consult. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
