Greenleaf Health (we, us, our) operates a telehealth booking and referral platform for Australian residents seeking consults with registered healthcare practitioners.

We collect personal and health information you provide during eligibility screening, booking, and consults. This includes your name, contact details, date of birth, Medicare details, medical history, and clinical records created during consults.

3. How we use it

Your information is used to provide the service — scheduling consults, enabling your doctor to deliver care, processing payments, and communicating with you about your appointments.

4. Where data is stored

Clinical records and patient health information are stored in Australian-hosted, healthcare-grade systems (Halaxy) in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

5. Your rights
